All products purchased with the exception of custom or personalized items are covered by a 30 day return policy(from ship date). The following conditions shall govern all return requests:

1. Any return must be authorized through customer service. You must include your name, order number and reason for return.

2. To receive full credit on a returned item (after 20% restock fee), all products must be 100% complete, contain all manuals, warranty card, parts and original packaging. Customers will be charged accordingly to complete any non-conforming return to its original condition.

3. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Instructions on delivery locations will be sent to you via email (email address on record). If a customer requests items to be resent back out to them, the customer will be responsible for shipping.

4. A 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the original purchase price for all approved returns.

5. Credit will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. If an order is undeliverable and returned due to insufficient address information, failure to keep an LTL appointment, failure to acknowledge a requested LTL appointment, or failure to sign for a delivery if requested, the buyer agrees to pay any holding, storage, or return fees.  Payment for such scenarios will be billed to the original payment method after notifying the buyer.  Thank you for your understanding.
